Primary practice: Learning productsPeople are surrounded by productivity advice, but advice alone rarely changes what happens during a demanding workday. They need a simple way to recognize what is getting in the way, choose a useful response, practice it, and return to it when the same challenge appears again.
The system had to work during real work—not only in a workshop—and connect physical tools, live learning, and a digital experience without making the method harder to use.
Ennovation Group created Focus Fuel Sparks as a hybrid learning solution that brings together a physical card system, live workshops, and the customized Sparks Learning Lab web app. The cards make strategies tangible and easy to use in the moment. The Lab carries the learning forward with digital Spark guides, personalized pathways, practice tools, audio learning, challenges, and progress tracking. Together, the experience helps people move from discovering an idea to using it often enough for it to become a habit.
